📋 TERMS & CONDITIONS — KAILASH PARBAT IPL PREDICTOR CONTEST 2026

1. Eligibility: Open to all residents of the Kingdom of Bahrain aged 18 years and above.
2. Contest Period: March 28, 2026 to May 31, 2026 (IPL 2026 season, including Playoffs). League match predictions can be made and changed until 30 minutes after each match starts. Playoff match predictions (Qualifier 1, Eliminator, Qualifier 2 and Final) lock exactly at the official Indian Standard Time (IST) start time of each match — no changes are allowed after the match begins.
3. Registration: One entry per mobile number. Duplicate registrations will be disqualified. All information must be accurate.
4. Predictions: Participants may predict the winner of any or all matches. For league matches predictions lock 30 minutes after the official start time. For Playoff matches predictions lock at the official IST start time.
5. Playoffs — Qualifier 2 & Final: As the two teams are only confirmed after earlier playoff matches, participants select their predicted winner from the four qualified teams only — Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), Gujarat Titans (GT), Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and Rajasthan Royals (RR). No other team may be selected. If your selected team does not end up playing that match, the prediction scores 0 points.
6. Scoring: Each correct league match prediction earns 1 point. Each correct Playoff prediction (Qualifier 1, Eliminator, Qualifier 2 and Final) earns 2 points. Incorrect predictions earn 0 points. In case of abandoned or no-result matches, no points are awarded. (Playoff double points apply to all playoff matches and were announced before any playoff prediction opened — no past results are affected.)
7. Winners: Top 3 participants by total points at the end of the IPL 2026 Final (May 31, 2026) will win Kailash Parbat Bahrain food vouchers: 1st place BD 50, 2nd place BD 30, 3rd place BD 20.
8. Tiebreaker: In case of equal points, the winner will be the participant who registered first.
9. Prize Redemption: Vouchers must be redeemed at Kailash Parbat Bahrain (Dana Mall, Sanabis) within 30 days of announcement. Vouchers are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
10. Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced by June 7, 2026 via phone/email. Unclaimed prizes within 30 days will be forfeited.
11. Organiser's Rights: Kailash Parbat Bahrain (Jupiter Restaurant Company W.L.L.) reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the contest at any time. All decisions of the organiser are final and binding.
12. Data Privacy: Your personal information will only be used for contest administration and will not be shared with third parties.
13. Employees: Employees and immediate family members of Jupiter Restaurant Company W.L.L. are not eligible to participate.
